Irvin took care of us asap after another shop told me us they couldn’t help us. Very honest and fair pricing. He got my driver out as soon as possible and did everything needed to get him home

Came here trying to support a small semi-truck repair business and completely regretted it. The original quote magically kept going up, and nobody could clearly explain why. One guy tells you to talk to another guy, then another acts like the boss, but there’s only one actual worker doing the job. Nobody even knows who you’re supposed to pay. The communication was a complete mess. They pass customers around in circles, then when questioned about the extra charges, the owner got aggressive and threatened that the truck wouldn’t leave unless we paid. Telling a driver to “go get a hotel” while holding the truck hostage is beyond unprofessional. Avoid this place if you value honesty, clear pricing, and respect. There are plenty of repair shops that don’t treat customers like this.

I had a very bad experience with this shop in Amarillo. I was referred here by another shop for tire and airbag work, but the situation became extremely unprofessional once it came time to pay. At first, I was quoted around $280, then suddenly the invoice increased to $380 while I was trying to figure out which shop was actually supposed to be paid because two different shops were attempting to charge me. Instead of calmly resolving the confusion, the owner became aggressive and refused to release my truck. My driver was even told to leave and walk to a hotel while they held the truck. In my opinion, this business operates in a very questionable and unprofessional manner. Communication was poor, pricing changed unexpectedly, and holding a customer’s equipment during a payment dispute is unacceptable. I will be reporting this incident to the Amarillo Better Business Bureau and other appropriate agencies. Trucking companies and drivers should be cautious before doing business here.
